Atrium Ljungberg's first condominium project gives better result than expected

In 2019 Atrium Ljungberg started its first condominium project, Brf Sicklastråket, on Nobelberget in Sickla in Nacka. The project included 68 apartments. The condominium apartments are sold out and the move-in took place before year-end 2020. The investment amounted to SEK 310 million. In connection with Atrium Ljungberg now finally handing over the project to the tenant-owner association, the profit recognition is made.
