Publication of positive performance of ISAB’s in vitro module demonstrated in collaboration with Karolinska Institutet
A new publication demonstrates how XposeALI[®], Inhalation Sciences’ in vitro cell-based exposure module, successfully predicted the toxicity of inhaled palladium nanoparticles, an emerging pollutant from motor vehicles, in the lung lining. The study was carried out, and the paper co-authored, by scientists from Karolinska Institutet and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences as well as Inhalation Sciences. The paper is published in Frontiers in Medicine (Pulmonary Medicine section).Palladium nanoparticle (Pd-NP) emissions from catalytic converters are emerging as a potential
