Vinnova has granted 18.7 MSEK for research on next generation’s automotive radar
Vinnova, Sweden’s Innovation Agency, recently announced that a 18.7 MSEK research grant for the project “Hardware for next generation millimeter wave automotive radar sensor” was approved. The total project budget amounts to 37.2 MSEK. The partners within the research project are Gapwaves, Veoneer, CEVT and Chalmers University of Technology. The project will focus on further research on the gap waveguide technology and how the hardware, antennas and antenna systems, can be developed for next generation’s automotive radar.The Vinnova grant of 18.7 MSEK will be distributed between Chalmers
