Wihlborgs signs lease with Optimera in Lund

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with Optimera for the construction of 3 000 m² retail premises at Gastelyckan in eastern Lund.Construction will start after the summer and occupancy is planned for October 2018. Optimera will lease the premises on a fifteen-year contract.
