SLP takes ownership of a newly built logistics property with building rights
SLP announced earlier in June that it had signed an agreement to acquire the property Rönnedal 1, a newly built and fully leased logistics property in Ulricehamn. SLP has today taken ownership of the property.The agreed property value amounts to SEK 204 million. The property's total area amounts to 72,000 square meters, of which 70 percent can be built on according to the zooning plan.
