Press releaseStockholm, 21 December 2023 Since P Capital Partners IV B decreased its contributed capital by EUR 84.7 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners IV B participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease. The repayment amounted to EUR 8.00 per Series A participation loan debenture, EUR 80.00 per Series B participation loan debenture and EUR 0.32 million to the owners. At the close of business

Elkem will postpone the start-up of its furnace 3 on Iceland by one month. This follows a notice from the national power company about the need for electricity curtailment for large energy users due to low water levels in key hydropower reservoirs.Elkem’s furnace 3 on Iceland was temporarily shut down in the fourth quarter of this year in order to accelerate maintenance, with a ramp-down starting from 30 September. The planned start-up has now been postponed until the end of January 2024. This postponement will have no impact on customers or employees.
