SpectrumOne AB (“SpectrumOne”) has today agreed to sell 115,000,000 shares in Eniro Group AB (“Eniro”) at a price of 0.90 SEK per share to industrial partner Azerion Group N.V. (“Azerion”). Simultaneously, B.O. Intressenter AB, the other main owner of Eniro, is selling 75,000,000 of its shares to Azerion. Both SpectrumOne and B.O. Intressenter AB will retain their remaining shareholdings in Eniro amounting to 86,862,265 and 83,219,766 shares, respectively.
