NCC Construction Sweden has secured an order from Facebook to construct a data center in Luleå. The contract has been signed with Pinnacle Sweden AB. The total order value is approximately SEK 800 million, of which NCC’s share is worth approximately SEK 400 million. Skanska has secured the assignment to build a large shopping mall and 131 apartments in Sandnes, Rogaland, Norway. The contract value amounts to NOK 553 M, about SEK 640 M, which will be included in order bookings for the fourth quarter.
