SEB increases holding in Latvijas Unibanka in Latvia SEB has bought 2,171,530 Latvijas Unibanka shares at a price of LVL 1.27 per share. SEB purchased the shares from Latvian Privatisation Agency, which no longer has a Unibanka holding. This investment, of approximately SEK 38 million corresponds to 5.9 per cent of the share capital and voting rights. After conversion, this brings SEB's holding and voting capacity to around 40.9 per cent. On 18 November 1998, SEB entered into an agreement with Latvijas Unibanka which, after conversion, gave SEB an initial holding of 36 per cent. For further
