Tele2's subsidiary Versatel divests its Belgian operations to KPN for approximately MSEK 890
Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), Europe's leading alternative telecom operator, today announced that its subsidiary Versatel has sold its Belgian operations Versatel Belgium and Tele2 Belgium, including fixed telephony and broadband, to KPN. KPN will pay in cash approximately MSEK 890 on a cash and debt free basis.
