Munters has concluded an agreement to purchase the European market leading manufacturer of portable heaters, so called spot heaters, for use in commercial, industrial and agricultural applications.Located in Mondoví, South of Turin, Italy, SIAL also manufactures and sells evaporative coolers and certain other smaller product lines. The Gävleborg County Council in Sweden is investing in digital mammography that provides safe, effective and ergonomic examinations for women in the county. The mammography systems in which the county is investing have the lowest radiation dose on the market and are being delivered by the Swedish IT and medical-technology company Sectra. Ratos: Lindab IPOLindab is going ahead with its planned IPO. The price range for the offer is set at SEK 93-110 per share.
