NCC to build housing in Hammarby Sjöstad for SEK 221 million

NCC Construction Sverige has been commissioned by Riksbyggen to build 137 apartments at Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm. The order is worth SEK 221 million and the first apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring 2008.The project comprises the construction of 137 apartments divided into three buildings in the Seglatsen property block at Hammarby Sjöstad.
