Fabege becomes the largest owner of Tornet

Fabege is acquiring 82.4 per cent of the shares in Tornet AB. An agreement has been reached with Ratos and Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners for the acquisition of all shares in LRT Acquisition AB with an ownership of 21,307,711 shares in Tornet.The transaction price is SEK 146 per share, or SEK 3.1 billion in total. Fabege has agreed to make the same offer to Tornet’s other shareholders. Ratos to sell Tornet

Ratos has today concluded an agreement with Fabege to sell its holding in the real estate company Tornet for SEK 1.2 billion, corresponding to SEK 146 per Tornet share. Fabege sells 21 properties for totally SEK 2.1 billion. The divested properties are located in different parts of the county of Stockholm (see the enclosure: List of divested and acquired properties) and will result in a realised change in value of SEK 110 million. NCC Roads in Poland has received an order to renovate and broaden Highway 4 between Krakow and Tarnow. Peab extends Kolbotn Centrum outside Oslo

Peab’s Norwegian subsidiary Peab AS has been contracted to carry out the extension of Kolbotn Centrum in the community of Oppegård outside Oslo. The project includes building a new shopping centre with parking places. This contract amounts to NOK 300 million.
