NCC to renovate Ministry for Foreign Affairs buildings in Helsinki, Finland for SEK 470 million

NCC has been selected to renovate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs buildings in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is Senate Properties and the value of the project is about SEK 470 million. “We are extremely proud to renovate yet another historical site in Helsinki. With experience from such renovation projects as the National Library, Supreme Court and Natural History Museum, I am confident that our team will do an excellent job at the Ministry,” says Mika Soini, Head of NCC Building Finland. Renovation work will commence in autumn 2018 and will continue phase by phase until 2023.

PRH has deregistered companies that have not filed their financial statements for registration

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has removed from the Finnish Trade Register 1 557 limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not submitted their financial statements for registration within one year from the end of the financial period. These companies have not - despite reminder letters - filed their financial statements by 2 January 2018.
