Transcom receives Frost & Sullivan Philippines Contact Center Outsourcing Customer Value Enhancement Award
As announced today by Frost & Sullivan, Transcom was presented with the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Philippines Contact Center Outsourcing Customer Value Enhancement Award at the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Philippines Excellence Awards, held on 4 June 2013 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Manila. The Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Value Enhancement is presented each year to the company that has demonstrated excellence in implementing strategies that proactively create value for its customers with a focus on improving the return on the investment that customers make in its services or products.
