Skanska signs major lease at 2+U office development in Seattle, USA

Skanska has signed a 13-year lease with Qualtrics for about 25,500 square meter at the 2+U office development in Seattle, Washington, USA. Qualtrics will take occupancy in summer 2020. With this transaction, the office portion of the development project is now 100 percent leased.2+U is a 38-story, 64,000 square-meter office development in Seattle’s Central Business District.
