Wallenstam vacates its last Helsingborg property in the transaction with Willhem

As part of the agreement concluded with Willhem in December 2015 on a gradual acquisition by the company of Wallenstam’s properties in Helsingborg, the property Mässhaken 2 will be vacated as of today’s date. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 229 million.“It feels really good to complete our agreement with Willhem through the handover of this property. Peab has been commissioned to build a six story apartment building with a total of 82 apartments on Bahamakatu in Helsinki, Finland.
