Skanska invests about SEK 390M in the first stage of the office building Sthlm 02 in Stockholm, Sweden. The first phase of the seven-storey building will have a leasable area of approximately 7,600 square meters.Sthlm 02 is located in Hammarby Sjöstad and will house a café and other service functions on the street level. The building, which will comprise a total of 14,500 square meters of leasable area, also houses a metro entrance.
