Lifco acquires Tastitalia SRL

Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the Italian company Tastitalia.  The company is a niche manufacturer of tailor-made touch panels, displays and keypads. In 2019, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 12.2 MEUR. The business is based in Castelfidardo, Italy and has around 70 employees.
