Lifco acquires Cenec Tavlebygg AS in Norway

Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Cenec Tavlebygg AS . The company is a manufacturer of low volt electrical supplies. Cenec has eight employees and reported net sales of approximately MNOK 17 in 2020. The company is based in Steinkjer. Cenec will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Materials. Consolidation is expected to take place in January, 2022. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the financial year 2022.
