K2A and Granitor allocated land in Stockholm for long-term development
K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter and Granitor Properties have been individually allocated land in Rågsved in south Stockholm, for approximately 250 apartments in total. Construction will commence in 2026-2027 at the earliest, and the first occupancy is planned for 2030.In a competitive land allocation process with several other developers, the City of Stockholm entrusted Granitor and K2A with the contract to develop Rågsved along the Stockholm Metro’s green line. The aim is to build the new apartments and shared spaces with timber, and the project is planned to take place in partnership
