Limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed financial statements risk being struck off the Trade Register
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), which maintains the Finnish Trade Register, will deregister limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration.The second deregistration in 2020 now includes about 4,000 limited liability companies and co-operatives that - despite reminder letters - have not submitted their financial statements to the Trade Register within two years and six months.
