Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB receives approx. SEK 5.2 million through warrant exercise
On 3 October 2024, the exercise period for warrants of series TO 4, which were issued in connection with Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB’s ("PHI" or the “Company") rights issue of units in 2022 (“TO 4”), ended. In total, 1,129,513 warrants of series TO 4 were exercised, corresponding to a subscription rate of approximately 83.9 percent.
