Diamyd Medical’s rights issue oversubscribed

Diamyd Medical announced today that the Company's new issue has been subscribed to 129 %. Subscription from the underwriting consortium will therefore not be used. BE Group to phase out loss making production unit in Eskilstuna

The production unit BE Group Produktion Eskilstuna AB has, despite extensive improvement measures taken to reach profitability, continued to generate losses for a number of years. Invoiced sales in 2016 was 127 MSEK with an operating result of -19 MSEK. Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab has today completed the auction of covered mortgage bonds (SDRO) to refinance floating rate loans by 1 July 2017.
