UCC in Denmark focuses on organic food offering in collaboration with FOOD by Coor
Healthy food, ecology and sustainability are the key concepts behind Danish university UCC’s new restaurant offering which is being implemented at Campus North Zealand and the brand new Campus Carlsberg in Denmark. FOOD by Coor, Coor’s proprietary restaurant operation, has been selected to deliver the university’s restaurants, cafes and student catering services. More than 10,000 students and 1,000 staff are permanently based at these campuses.In September 2016, UCC will be relocating its educational programs and courses in the Copenhagen region to the brand new district Carlsberg City.
