Change in principles for investor relations

The Board of Directors at Infratek has decided to change the company’s routines regarding disclosure of information to the Oslo Stock Exchange.As of today the following modifications will be implemented; · Presentations and webcast regarding quarterly results will no longer be conducted. · Quarterly shareholder reports will only be released in Norwegian. · Stock Exchange notifications will only be released in Norwegian. · Only agreements with a total value of NOK 50 million or more will be announced at Oslo Stock Exchange. Infratek changes group structure from 2014

Infratek has merged the business areas Central and Local Infrastructure. Following this the group consists of the business areas Infrastructure and Security.The group’s infrastructure business is reorganized with fewer levels and with focus on geography and products. In a stock exchange notice of 17 October 2013, Infratek ASA (the Company) announced a reduction of its estimate of operating profit before financial costs and tax (EBIT), compared to the estimate as of 26 June 2013 of NOK 116 million. The main reason for the reduction was stated to be reduced profitability in Sweden, due to tight margins and losses on projects. Infratek builds substation in Finland

Infratek, with the business area Central Infrastructure, has been awarded a contract with the Finnish national power grid company Fingrid, for turnkey delivery of a 400 kV substation at Forssa.The substation site lies in the southern Finland, about 80 km northwest from Helsinki. Bjørn Frogner leaves the position as CEO of Infratek ASA.Frogner resigns as CEO from 25 October. The Board has decided to constitute Lars Bangen in the position until further notice. Adjustment downwards of annual prognosis for 2013

A stock exchange report of 26 June 2013 disclosed an estimate for the full year 2013 for the Infratek group. At that point, the estimated total operating income was NOK 2,900 million with an EBIT of 116 million (EBIT margin of 4 per cent).The company has found it appropriate to announce that the estimate disclosed on 26 June 2013 must be revised downwards. Infratek awarded contract with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration

Infratek, with the business area Local Infrastructure, has won a contract with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) Eastern Region, regarding operation and maintenance of street lighting in the Østfold region, Norway.The contract duration is five years with an option for one additional year. Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with Extraordinary General Meeting of Infratek ASA to be held September 26th 2013, OBOS represented by Bjørn Skredderberget, has received proxy based voting rights for 1,964,567 shares, representing 3.08 per cent of the votes in the company.OBOS owns 1,851,915 shares and will therefore represent 3,816,482 shares, equivalent to 5.98 per cent of the share capital and votes in Infratek ASA. Infratek to build substations for Fortum

Infratek, with the business area Central Infrastructure, has been awarded a contract with Fortum Distribution for turnkey delivery of two 130 kV substations.The substations are located in Tanum and Backa/Årgäng in Sweden. Rabbalshede Kraft will build two wind farms which makes it necessary for Fortum Distribution to reinforce the grid with these two substations. The value of the contract is approx. SEK 40 million. The board of directors' statement regarding the mandatory bid from Heraldic Holding AS

On 26 June 2013, Triton-controlled Heraldic Holding AS (in the following referred to as Triton) entered into a transaction agreement with the company's two largest shareholders, Hafslund ASA and Fortum Nordic AB, regarding a purchase of their shares in Infratek ASA (48,727,224 shares in total) at an agreed price of NOK 14 per share.
