Kungsleden lets 4,300 sq.m. to Heatex AB in Malmö

Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a contract with Heatex AB, which is leasing approximately 4,300 sq.m. in the industrial property Holkyxan 6, in Malmö.Heatex manufactures air-to-air heat exchangers and has production in the US, China, Czech Republic and Sweden.
