Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire 466,000 warrants under the recently decided 2023/2028 incentive program.The Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group.
