Metsä Board Corporation press release 27 September 2021Metsä Board, part of Metsä Group, plans to purchase from Pohjolan Voima Oyj all the shares it owns in Hämeenkyrön Voima Oy, and thereby consolidate its local operations in the Kyröskoski mill area.
