Aker Carbon Capture announces Chief Financial Officer Julie Berg to step down
Aker Carbon Capture ASA today announces that Julie Berg has decided to step down from her role as Chief Financial Officer to take on the position as Chief Financial Officer of Mainstream Renewable Power.“Julie has played an integral role in the process of developing an agreement to form a joint venture between Aker Carbon Capture and SLB, as announced in March. The operating environment in 2023 was once again challenging for Valio and the entire food industry. The war in Ukraine and general economic uncertainty continued. Weakening consumer purchasing power and the drastic decline in the global market prices of industrial dairy products together with cost inflation, reflected on Valio’s result.
