Ruling has been announced in previously communicated dispute with the Swedish Tax Agency regarding Pandox’s internal pricing

The Administrative Court in Stockholm has today announced its ruling and have supported Pandox AB (publ) claim in the company’s dispute with the Swedish Tax Agency. The ruling eliminates the tax increase decided by Swedish Tax Authority’s in 2019.During the process Pandox has been granted a tax payment extension due to the uncertainty of the outcome of the case.
