Skanska has acquired an entire block in Gothenburg, Sweden, for about SEK 220M. The seller is Fastighets AB L E Lundberg. The intention is to develop modern and sustainable office space on site over time. The possibility of adding housing will also be studied in the coming zoning process.The block consists of the development properties Gothenburg Gårda 8:2, 8:5 and 8:6.
