Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will today notify Nordic Trustee of its decision to exercise the call option to redeem all outstanding bonds with ISIN NO0010720378. The redemption has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The outstanding loan amount is NOK 241 million. Following the payment, no further bonds under the bond issue will be outstanding.
