SSM acquires new housing project for approximately 250 apartments in Spånga Centrum

SSM Holding AB (publ) is continuing to grow in the increasingly popular suburb of Spånga, just outside of Stockholm, by acquiring a new housing project in Spånga Centrum from Nils Johnny Fastighets AB. The total floor space of the project is 11,400 m2 that SSM intends to develop into approximately 250 cooperative apartments. The initial purchase price is 65 MSEK. In addition, there will be a charge based on future exploitation. Jefast has today entered into an agreement to buy the property “Danmark 29” located in Helsingborg city.
