Completion of intragroup merger

On 30 November 2020 the general meetings of DNB ASA and DNB Bank ASA resolved to merge the companies with DNB Bank ASA as the surviving entity. The completion of the merger was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the “NRBE”) today. As a result of the completion all assets, rights and obligations in DNB ASA has been transferred to DNB Bank ASA, and DNB ASA has been dissolved and deleted from the NRBE.
