The Administrative Court in Stockholm has today, 7 February 2023, decided to grant a suspension of the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate's ("IVO") decision to revoke Humana Assistans AB's ("Humana Assistans") permit to conduct operations with personal assistance and other services.   The court decision implies that IVO's decision will not apply until further notice and that Humana Assistans can continue to conduct operations.
