Beijer Ref completes acquisition of Inventor
As of yesterday, Beijer Ref has closed and executed the transfer of Inventor A.G. S.A. On July 14, 2021, Beijer Ref signed a binding agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in the air conditioning company Inventor, with the option to acquire the remaining share.
