Dan Lindwall new Acting CFO of Handelsbanken

Effective today, Dan Lindwall has been appointed Acting CFO of Handelsbanken. Dan Lindwall was formerly Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets. That position will temporarily be held by an internal solution. Since it was announced in November 2019, a plan has been in place for Rolf Marquardt’s exit as CFO. He has now decided to take up a position outside Handelsbanken. Stena Line suspends passenger traffic to and from Denmark and Poland until further notice

Danish and Polish authorities on Friday announced a temporary closure of their borders due to the spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19). Shipping company Stena Line therefore will suspend all passengers traffic to these countries until further notice. Shipments of freight will continue at present. Arise today announces that it has repurchased bonds with a nominal value of SEK 32,000,000. The repurchase of bonds concerns the company’s secured bonds with a nominal amount outstanding of SEK 650,000,000 (ISIN: SE0010920900).
