Purchase of treasury shares

Reference is made to Ocean Yield ASA’s (“Ocean Yield” or “Company”) stock exchange notice on 11 March 2020 where the Company announced its intention to purchase up to 100,000 treasury shares in connection with its incentive scheme for employees. Ocean Yield has on 13 March 2020 purchased 50,000 shares in the Company on Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 23.9975 per share, which implies a total consideration of NOK 1,199,875. Solstad Offshore ASA (“SOFF”) in December 2019 entered into a bareboat Contract with Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Limitada (“Saipem”), a subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A., for the DLB Norce Endeavour. As part of the bareboat Contract Saipem Portugal had the option, at its discretion and subject to, among others, Saipem internal approval, to purchase the DLB Norce Endeavour.
