Change in the number of shares and votes in Scandic

The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) (“Scandic”) has changed in June 2020 as a result of the rights issue previously announced. The total number of shares in Scandic has in June 2020 increased by 86,907,312 shares, corresponding to 86,907,312 votes. Nyfosa has announced that the financing condition regarding SBB's sale of properties for SEK 4.9bn to Nyfosa has been resolved

As previously announced, on 10 June 2020, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) signed an agreement for the sale of office properties totalling SEK 4.9bn to Nyfosa AB (“Nyfosa”). The transaction is conditional upon financing and approval from the Swedish Competition Authority (the “Competition Authority”). Nyfosa has today announced that they have acquired necessary bank loans, therefore the financing condition is resolved. A positive Competition Authority approval is expected during July. Financing secured for Nyfosa’s acquisition of property portfolio for SEK 4.9 billion

As previously announced, Nyfosa signed an agreement on June 10, 2020 for the acquisition of a property portfolio comprising mainly tax-funded tenants at a value of SEK 4.9 billion from SBB i Norden AB.The transaction is conditional upon financing and the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.
