SAGAX INVESTS SEK 380 MILLION THROUGH 8 TRANSACTIONS
Sagax has through 8 separate transactions acquired 9 properties for the equivalent of SEK 380 million. The properties comprise a lettable area of 39,000 square metres, mainly consisting of premises for warehousing and light industrial purposes. The annual rental income amounts to the equivalent of SEK 28 million. The occupancy rate is 98% and the average remaining lease term is 3.9 years. Closing for the equivalent of SEK 43 million has taken place during the second quarter of 2023. Closing for the remaining SEK 337 million is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2023.
