25 September 2020 - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Kværner ASA was held today, 25 September 2020 at Snarøyveien 20, 1360 Fornebu, Norway. NPRO: Successful placement of new secured bond

Reference is made to the notification dated 24 September 2020. Norwegian Property ASA has today issued a new NOK 500 million secured bond with a tenor of 5 years and with a floating interest rate of 3 months NIBOR + 1.37% p.a. When UK-based Zero Avia yesterday conducted a flight with a single-engine six-seater powered by its hydrogen-electric powertrain, a PowerCell MS-100 fuel cell system was an integral part of the powertrain.
