Investment AB Kinnevik (“Kinnevik”) announced today that the Administrative Court of Appeal has issued a ruling on a number of tax disputes against the company. The Vestas Group has received an order for 36 units of V90-3.0 MW wind turbines for an offshore project to be located off the Dutch coast. Vestas will supply the project in collaboration with the Dutch offshore construction company Ballast Nedam. AB Lindex wins tax case

AB Lindex has won a tax case in the County Administrative Court relating to the income tax assessments for the fiscal years 2003 and 2004 regarding tax deduction for losses in Lindex’s German operation.
