NCC to rehabilitate Aursjø Dam in Norway for SEK 179 million

NCC Construction AS in Norway has entered into an agreement with Statkraft Energi AS regarding the rehabilitation of the Aursjø Dam in Møre og Romsdal. The agreement is worth SEK 179 million (NOK 165 million). Work will extend over three seasons and is scheduled for completion in 2007.Civil engineering work will commence on April 18, 2005 and comprise the replacement of existing plank and felt-paper sealing for a new 35-centimeter reinforced concrete apron facing the water. Bure increases its ownership in Carl Bro

Bure has acquired all of Sydkraft’s shares in Carl Bro, based on an option agreement. The acquired shares are equivalent to 8.3 per cent of the share capital and increases Bure’s total ownership from 57.8 per cent to 66.1 per cent of the share capital. Veidekke to Build Artificial Grass Fields for NOK 17 million in Bergen

Veidekke Entreprenør AS has signed a contract with the municipality of Bergen for the construction of four artificial grass fields in Åsane and at Stemmemyren in Bergen at a total contract price of NOK 17 million excluding VAT.At Stemmemyren, Veidekke is building two new sports fields, which will replace the existing fields, and will be built at the same location. SKF has sold Ovako La Foulerie, its plant for hot rolled rings in Carignan, France, to the Italian steel company Fomas S.p.A.The French company has 195 employees and annual sales of some 29 million euros.
