Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas selected as supplier for the largest wind farm in Poland

The Vestas Group has received an order for 25 units of V80-2.0 MW turbines to be installed at the Tymien wind farm situated in the northern part of Poland. The contract has been awarded by EEZ Sp.z.o.o., and the wind power plant will become the largest wind farm in Poland. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2005, and the order has a value to Vestas of approximately mEUR 45.
