Medivir AB announced today that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has terminated the research agreement for the developmental HIV compound MIV-210, as the compound doesn’t satisfy GSK’s desired profile. Furnco Future Technologies AB (FuTechs) has filed a suit against PartnerTech and two of its employees, both of whom previously worked for FuTechs. NCC builds nursing home in Bergen for SEK 150 million

NCC Construction AS has signed an agreement with Bergen Municipality for the building of a new nursing home in Bergen. The order is worth NOK 141 million, the equivalent of around SEK 150 million.The building of the Lövåsen nursing home is an all-in contract. The nursing home will have 128 single rooms. Ossur sells subsidiary Mauch, Inc.

Ossur hf has signed an asset purchase agreement with DRT Mfg. Co. regarding the sale of assets of Ossur's American subsidiary Mauch, Inc., based in Dayton, Ohio. The agreement covers the sale of Mauch's spinal implant component business and specialist manufacturing equipment. Order worth more than one billion kronor to Kockums AB

Upgrade of five Landsort-class vesselsKockums has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) to carry out a Mid-Life Upgrade on five Landsort-class MCMVs (Mine Countermeasures Vessels) as well as a general refit. The five vessels shall also undergo a modification for international missions, ordered by the Swedish Navy. Totally the order is worth slightly in excess of one billion Swedish kronor.
