Sardus adjusts forecast for 2004

The Sardus food company is adjusting its profit forecast for 2004 from earnings in line with 2003, that is, profit before tax of about MSEK 110 (earnings per share SEK 7.55), to earnings in the range of MSEK 90 (earnings per share of about SEK 6.00). The Danish unit 3-Stjernet is reporting a lower sales and earnings trend than expected. This is a result of lower export sales and increased competition in the Danish market from primarily foreign low-price players. Veidekke to Build Dwellings in Lillestrøm

Lillestrøm Byutvikling has awarded the contract for the construction of the Byhaven project in Lillestrøm to Veidekke Entreprenør AS. The contract has a value of NOK 147 million excluding VAT.The contract is for a five-storey building in the centre of Lillestrøm with 109 flats in sizes varying from 38 m2 to 130 m2. The flats will have parking facilities in the basement and on the ground floor, and there will also a public parking area for 130 cars. On the ground floor, 2,000 m2 have been reserved for trade and business purposes. The building's total floor area is approximately 15,000 m2.

Elefanten 17 sold for SEK 265 million to German fund

Fabege, which is owned by Wihlborgs, has sold Elefanten 17, a property in central Stockholm, to The German property fund Oppenheim Immobilien Kapitalanlage GmbH. The sale price was SEK 265 million and will increase Wihlborgs’ profit by SEK 10 million. The profit will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2004. Elefanten 17, a 5,000 m2 office complex in central Stockholm, has been fully let to the Swedish National Labour Market Administration (Arbetsmarknadsstyrelsen) since August 2004. Fabege sells office building in Stockholm

Fabege, which is 97.1 percent owned by Wihlborgs Fastigheter, has sold the 5,000 sq. m. office building Elefanten 17 in Stockholm. The buyer is the German fund Oppenheim Immobilien- Kapitalanlage GmbH. The purchase price is 265 MSEK. Closing is scheduled for July 1, 2005.
