SLP acquires logistics property from municipal company in Falköping

The real estate company SLP has signed an agreement to acquire the property Okularet 12 in Falköping, western Sweden. The property includes a logistics building built in 2018 and an ongoing extension, total lettable area after completion amounts to approximately 17,400 square meters. TBN's Åkeri AB has a five-year lease agreement for the entire property. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 134 million and the annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 8.8 million. There is also an unused building right amounting to approximately 5,000 square meters on the property.

Pricer: Dutch supermarket chain Plus places 55 MSEK order

Pricer AB has received an order of approximately 55 MSEK from the Dutch co-operative supermarket chain Plus to equip 80 stores previously under the Coop banner with electronic shelf labels. The roll-out is planned to start in April 2022 and to be finalized before the end of the year.Pricer’s customer Plus recently announced the merge with Coop in the Netherlands.
