Skanska has signed a contract with Landstinget i Sörmland (the county council of Sörmland) on modernizing the Karsudden hospital, outside Katrineholm, Sweden. The contract comprises construction, rebuilding and a general modernizing of premises and technique. The contract value is about SEK 300 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the fourth quarter 2013.The Karsudden regional hospital is the largest forensic psychiatric unit in Sweden.
