Hafslund ASA (“Hafslund”) has on 25 June 2013 entered into an agreement with funds advised by the investment firm Triton (“Triton”), to sell its entire holding of 27,652,360 shares in Infratek ASA (“Infratek” or the “Company”), corresponding to 43.3% of all the issued shares in Infratek, at a price of NOK 14 per share.
